Beneath the Bay, is a family-run business founded by Michael and Tammy Bellette, offering unparalleled underwater adventures in Batemans Bay. We’re dedicated to providing unique diving opportunities and are known for our passion, experience and expertise.

Our Experiences

We are wholeheartedly committed to providing one of a kind diving opportunities, ranging from heart-pounding encounters with sharks to witnessing the splendour of reef and coral. Our offerings extend to family-friendly snorkelling experiences, awe-inspiring whale watching excursions, and the convenience of private dive charters. Plus, we also offer hire equipment and air/nitrox tank fills to ensure your diving needs are met.

  • Double Dive

    Dive headfirst into the wonders of beneath the bay and come face to fin with some of the region’s incredible creatures as you explore two of our favourite dive spots.

  • Snorkelling Experience

    Discover the ultimate snorkelling experience – perfect for solo adventurers or group outings alike. Dive in and explore the wonders of the ocean like never before.

  • Single Dive

    Experience the enchanting underwater world as our experts take you to secret dive spots to explore the vibrant marine life and stunning scenery of beneath the bay.

  • PADI Open Water Diver

    PADI Open Water Diver is the first scuba certification level. A highly-trained PADI Instructor will teach you how to scuba dive in a relaxed, supportive learning environment. By the end of the course, you'll have the skills to dive at home or abroad.

  • PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

    The Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about advancing your skills. You'll practice navigation and buoyancy, try deep diving and make three specialty dives determined by conditions.

  • Scuba Refresher

    This Scuba Refresher is for more confident divers who just haven't dived in a little while. You will have a PADI Divemaster assisting you with the set-up of your kit if required then completing skills with you on the first dive.

Explore Hidden Locations

Many of our dive sites and snorkelling spots are only accessible by boat, providing an opportunity to explore hidden or remote locations that are often teeming with marine life.
