Courses

Partial refund: Cancel up to 14 days before your commencement for a partial refund. Training materials (PADI eLearning) are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 14 days are non-refundable
Non-Refundable Bookings: Courses booked within 14 days of the commencement date are non-refundable
PADI eLearning Courses: The cost of eLearning is non-refundable
Course Commencement: Courses are non-refundable once commenced – including pool/shore/boat dives

Transfer/Change of Course Date:

• No fee will apply for changes made 14 days before course commencement
• A $200 fee will apply for changes made 14 days before course commencement
• A $300 fee will apply for changes made 48 hours before course commencement

Additional:

• If you are late and miss the boat, you will not be refunded
• If mandatory dive medicals are failed, you will be required to request a refund within the dates outlined above (PADI eLearning will not be refunded)
• If mandatory dive medicals are not provided 7 days prior to your course, it may result in a cancellation with no refund

Experiences

Full refund: Cancel up to 3 days before your experience commencement for a refund. Cancellations less than 3 days are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Experiences booked within 3 days of the experience commencement are non-refundable
Experience Commencement: Experiences are non-refundable once commenced

Transfer/Change of Experience Date:

• No fee will apply for changes made 3 days before experience commencement
• A $50 fee will apply for changes made 2 days before experience commencement
• A $100 fee will apply for changes made 24 hours before experience commencement

Additional:
If you are late and miss the boat, you will not be refunded

Weather

Courses and Experiences postponed due to weather conditions are non-refundable. Alternatives dates will be provided.

Depending on the circumstance – Beneath the Bay will determine if a refund will be applied.
